Social media post planning with the content creator

How to schedule your social media posts

With our new post scheduling feature, you can flexibly determine when you want your social media posts to be published – even if you create them in advance. This makes it easy for you to strategically plan your content and ensure that it is posted at the right time, even when you don't have time to manually post.

This is how scheduling posts works

  1. Create post: As soon as you create a new post, you have the option to schedule the time for publication.
  2. Set date and time: During the post process, you will see a date selection. Here you can select the desired date and time for publishing your post.
If you don't want to use the feature, you can skip this step and publish the post immediately as usual.
  3. Manage scheduled posts: You can find your scheduled posts in the overview under ‘Scheduled posts’. Here you can not only see when the posts will be published, but also change the date and time if you want to adjust your planning.
  4. Coming soon: Reminder emails: To help you stay on top of things, you'll receive reminder emails shortly before a post is scheduled to go live. If you have multiple posts scheduled on the same day, we'll send you a summary so you can keep track of everything.
  5. Coming soon: Reminders for new content: We'll also remind you when it's time to create new posts. These reminders start about two weeks before your last scheduled posts are published, so you have plenty of time to prepare new content.

This feature helps you to efficiently implement your content strategy and ensure that your posts are always published at the best time, without you having to constantly post live!
Please note: This function is only available in the ‘Advanced’ plan. If you are using the ‘Beginner’ plan, you must first upgrade.

Good to know: When your markero contract ends, the publication of all scheduled posts will be stopped. This will happen exactly on the day your contract expires.
