Usage rights and limits of images

What are the rights of use for the images?


Stock images

Currently, the image database Pexels is directly connected to the markero Content Creator. The current license for the use of the images can be found here: License for free stock photos and videos - Pexels.

AI images

If you create AI images with the Content Creator, you receive the right to use these images. This allows you to use the images for commercial purposes e.g.: Marketing materials, product packaging or online content. However, it is important to note that the generated images are not subject to copyright in Germany, as they are not considered personal intellectual creations.

Self-uploaded images

You are responsible for images you upload yourself. Please only upload images for which you have sufficient rights of use. When uploading, you must confirm that you have the appropriate rights of use. Without this confirmation, uploading is not possible.
